Normally we hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at this time of year and look forward to meeting our members. Because of the restrictions on groups of people meeting caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it will not be possible to do this in person this time. We are therefore going to hold the meeting via video-conference, on Thursday 25th February at 6 p.m.
The AGM is a formal meeting that most organisations have to have; we will be looking at the accounts for the year ended 31st March 2020 and approving elections of trustees. The Chair of I AM will be giving a talk about the year April 2019-March 2020 and discussing events since then and plans for the future.
We have already sent out emails and letters about the AGM to all members for whom we have contact details; if you are a member and have not received anything yet please email the office at email@example.com. We will be sending out the link to the meeting during the week beginning 22nd February.
