Mental health struggles are not personal failures - they’re part of being human. ❤ For autistic and neurodivergent individuals, mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, and sensory challenges, feeling overwhelmed can be especially common. Like physical health, mental well-being requires understanding, support, and individualised care.

Reaching out for help or taking time to heal is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let’s break the stigma together and remind each other that it’s okay to not be okay - especially in a world that doesn’t always understand neurodiversity. 💪 You are not alone on this journey. They're can't be a cure, without autistic minds in society, society wouldn't function. If someone is wishing a cure, then that means they aren't getting the support and understanding they need.

It's impossible to cure autism, it's the way someone's brain is , we can help people cope with how it affects us but you can't cure someone's autism anymore than you can cure someone without autism to be different?
