I AM - Celebrating Autism in Greater Manchester

Sometimes the hardest part isn't being autistic.

It's feeling like you're figuring everything out on your own.

Whether you're an autistic young person trying to make sense of the world, or a parent who's exhausted from fighting every battle solo - we want you to know: there's support here.

Our 1-2-1 service pairs you with a specialist autism key worker who gets to know you as an individual. Not a diagnosis. Not a case number. You.

Together, you work on whatever matters most - building confidence, managing anxiety, navigating school or work, developing life skills, or simply having someone in your corner.

Open to autistic people aged 10 and upwards, and their families, across Greater Manchester.

💛 To find out more or refer yourself (or your child):
📞 0161 866 8483
📧 enquiries@i-am-autism.org.uk

You don't have to have it all figured out before you get in touch. That's what we're here for.

I AM - Celebrating Autism in Greater Manchester

A huge thank you to Province of Cheshire Freemasons for inviting I AM - Celebrating Autism to speak at their recent event.

It was a privilege to share our journey and highlight the work we do across Greater Manchester to support autistic individuals and their families. From building confidence and independence to creating opportunities for meaningful connections, every success story is made possible through the support of our community and partners.

We were also honoured to be alongside Reuben's Retreat, whose incredible work supporting families facing complex illness, disability and bereavement is truly inspiring.

Thank you to everyone who attended, listened, and continues to support local charities making a difference in people's lives. Together, we can create more inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
