Halloween is just around the corner, which means many children are getting very excited and are counting down the days until they can dress up in their scary costumes and go out trick-or-treating. Whilst many children will enjoy the annual spooky festivities without difficulties, Halloween can create challenges or apprehension for children with autism and sensory processing issues and can become an overwhelming experience that could lead to sensory issues.
