I AM Community Voice members came together on Sunday 16 July to raise money to help support autistic families in Manchester.
The 8-person team set the challenge of twice walking the 1.5 mile circular lake trail (7000 steps) around Sale Water Park with a target of raising £500.
Braving the famously changeable Manchester weather, the members despite the heavy rain and getting a thorough soaking, completed their challenge and raised an amazing £535. A tremendous effort by all our Community Voice members.
Thank you to I AM members Christopher, Lucy, Peter, Rory and Sarah, their family members, and I AM board Trustee Dr Debra Bradley (Trustee).
