This policy sets out I AM’s policy with regard to the waiving of fees for activities funded by BBC Children in Need. 

I AM aims to provide our users with the best possible service; but we recognise that occasionally someone may feel that we have fallen short of this. We hope to resolve difficulties or complaints informally and as quickly as possible. If this does not work out, the formal procedures available here to download can be used where informal communication has not resolved the problem.,
