I AM Receives Increased Grant from Garfield Weston Foundation

Manchester, February 2024 – I AM Celebrating Autism in Greater Manchester is thrilled to announce that the Garfield Weston Foundation has generously awarded the organisation a grant of £25,000 per year for the next two years. This represents an increase from the previous grant of £20,000 per year, demonstrating the Foundation’s continued belief in and commitment to our work supporting autistic individuals in Greater Manchester.

Judith Sandground, a representative of I AM, expressed her excitement, stating, “This grant provides vital support for our efforts to create a more inclusive and understanding world for autistic individuals. We are deeply grateful to the Garfield Weston Foundation for their trust and investment in our mission.”

This funding will play a crucial role in helping I AM to continue offering essential services and initiatives, ensuring that autistic individuals and their families receive the support and opportunities they deserve.
