I AM Spring Ball 2025 : One-off or the First of Many?
On 14th March, our inaugural Spring Ball took place at Emirates Old Trafford. The theme – Friendship, Fun & Belonging – set the tone for a glamorous evening, featuring a red carpet reception, a sumptuous three-course meal, music and dancing, a charity auction, and the ever-popular casino tables and photo booth. The festivities began at 6:30pm and continued into the early hours, wrapping up at 1am.
This unforgettable night wouldn’t have been possible without the vision and determination of Janine Redgrove, the support of our dedicated volunteers, generous donors, and the backing of our trustees. We were also excited to make the first public announcement of AutismWISE, a new partnered programme that launched at the beginning of April.
Was it a success? Absolutely – and we’re already thinking ahead! The event was a fantastic celebration, a successful fundraiser, and a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness of our members, organisation, stakeholders, and partners. We hope to do it all again in 2026 – so get in touch if you’d like to be part of it.
A huge thank you to our amazing members and to Ric, who created the beautiful artworks for auction; to professional cameraman Paul Redgrove, and to Charlie and Ellie for capturing the night on film. Special thanks also go to DJ Toby Wheadon, who kept the dance floor buzzing all evening. We’re especially grateful to Helen Boden, former I AM CEO and Director of DANDIS, for the incredibly generous donation of a table that enabled staff to attend.
The Emirates Old Trafford team were phenomenal – and we can’t wait to celebrate with them again next year.
